We keep things simple. Here is what we collect, why, and who else is involved.
What we collect
Email address
When you subscribe to our newsletter or join a waitlist, we collect your email address. This is managed by Beehiiv, our email platform.
Contact form submissions
When you send a message through the site, your name, email, and message are processed by Formspree. We receive these in our inbox and do not store them elsewhere.
Booking details
When you book a session or discovery call, your details are managed by Cal.com. We use this information only to schedule and deliver your session.
Application forms
Retreat and programme applications are submitted via Formspree. The information you share is used to assess fit and prepare for your experience.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how people use the site. This collects anonymous, aggregated data such as pages visited, time on site, and general location. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
Why we collect it
To deliver what you asked for: sessions, newsletters, replies to your messages, and a better website experience. We do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes.
Third parties
Your information may be processed by the following services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Beehiiv – email newsletters and waitlists
- Formspree – contact and application forms
- Cal.com – session and call bookings
- Google Analytics – anonymous site usage data
Retention
Newsletter subscribers are kept on our list until they unsubscribe. Contact form messages are retained in our inbox for as long as needed to respond. Booking data is retained by Cal.com according to their policy. Analytics data is anonymised and aggregated.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. If you would like us to delete your information from any of our systems, email hello@stellarsound.com.au and we will take care of it.
